This retreat will provide a unique opportunity for couples to immerse themselves in an intensive environment to focus solely on their relationship. The retreat will provide couples with the tools & skills for relationship maintenance, to improve communication, and work on building healthier patterns in your relationship. We will utilize various techniques including: Partner & Restorative Yoga, Meditation, Breathwork, Thai Yoga Massage and Sensate Focus.
In this retreat we will delve into:
Include: 2-nights accommodations, 2 breakfasts, 2 lunches, 1 dinner, (1 night dinner on own for Date Night), meditation, yoga, and group therapeutic work led by Licensed clinical therapist.
Facilitated by Vincent Ardizzone, a Clinical Mental Health Counselor, Dance/Movement Therapist,
and 500 hour trained Yoga/Meditation Teacher. Vincent has studied and received training in various forms of mindful communication including non-violent communication, conscious communication, sensate focus, and interpersonal effectiveness. Vincent has worked with couples to increase their ability to communicate effectively and empathetically, strengthen and enhance their intimacy and connectivity, and how to garner compassion and loving/kindness in their relationship. Vincent works at Blue Lotus Wellness in Manchester NH and sees clients individually as well as couples.
